1. Information We Collect

We collect your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account. We also collect GitHub usernames when you sign in with GitHub.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Your Source Code

Otto never stores, transmits, or accesses your source code. All assessment logic runs server-side using metadata only. Your code stays on your machine.

4. Data Storage

Your account data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure infrastructure. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional emails, and GitHub for OAuth authentication. Each has their own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days except where required by law.
