1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Otto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Otto is a cloud-hosted DevOps agent suite that provides stack assessment, security scanning, development automation, and operational monitoring via MCP server integration.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed per application on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Intellectual Property

The Otto framework, including all skills, knowledge bases, and assessment logic, is proprietary. Your code and data remain yours — Otto never stores your source code.

7. Limitation of Liability

Otto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
