Billing
Otto uses per-application monthly subscriptions powered by Stripe. This guide covers plans, billing cycles, and how to manage your payment settings.
Subscription Plans
Each application has its own subscription with the products you choose. Plans are billed monthly per application:

Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date you subscribe. When you add or change products mid-cycle, the change is prorated. You only pay for what you use.
Managing Payment
Payment methods, invoices, and subscription changes are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal. Access it from your Otto dashboard under Billing > Manage Payment.
From the portal you can:
- Update your payment method
- View and download invoices
- Cancel a subscription
- Update billing information
Cancellation
You can cancel any application's subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
