Team Management

Otto supports teams of any size. Invite team members, assign roles, and control who has access to each application.

Inviting Team Members

From your Otto dashboard, go to Team and click Invite Member. Enter their email address and select a role. They will receive an email invitation to join your organization.

Roles

Role	Permissions
Owner	Full access. Manage billing, applications, team members, and all settings.
Admin	Manage applications, team members, and settings. Cannot manage billing.
Member	Use Otto products on assigned applications. Cannot manage team or billing.

Application Access

Team members can be granted access to specific applications. An Admin might have access to all applications while a developer only has access to the projects they work on.

Removing Members

Owners and Admins can remove team members from the Team page. Removing a member immediately revokes their access to all applications. Their Otto extension will require re-authentication and will show no licensed applications.

Seat-Based Pricing

Otto licenses are per application, not per seat. Your entire team can use Otto on a licensed application at no additional per-user cost.
